Private enterprise is unable to provide long term planning of the nations infrastructure due to short term requirements of investors. National long term planning can only be done at a central national level and was proved especially effective during the period the Central Electricity Generating Board ran and developed our nations electrical generating infrastructure.

Hence this is a pettition to re-nationalise our infrastructure so that once again bodies like the CEGB can porvide long term planning to our nation's infrustructure by Suitable Qualified and Experianced Persons (SQEP) to the benifit of both businesses and the general public
