Closed Fixed time limit for processing all EU Settlement Scheme applications

The Government should set a fixed time limit for processing applications and change them from expected waiting times to a guaranteed maximum; prior to the EU settlement scheme, these processing times were capped at six months.

There is a number of applicants who have been waiting for a decision far longer than the expected time frame, Parliament is urged to look at this matter.
