To look at the Scottish governments response to this for such individuals (newly self employed hardship fund) such individuals are being provided a level of support to those who registered in 2019 as self employed but England are excluding this group entirely from the self employment support

For one government in the UK to offer support to one group that another government has left out entirely seems completely unfair if we are one country.
