Closed Implement legislative reform of our policing system to tackle racism

The Government should bring forward legislative reform of the policing system to tackle racism and misuse of force against people of colour, including to require mandatory investigations of every single use of force by police.

People of colour are disproportionately likely to have force used against them in comparison to white people. People of colour are also more likely to be stopped by police and arrested. This needs to be tackled.
