Closed Make it possible to transfer a Child Trust Fund into a Junior ISA

Now Child Trust Funds are no longer able to be opened it makes sense to allow parents to transfer them into new Junior ISAs.
It would help to reassure parents that their children would have the same opportunities if all their children could have a Junior ISA.
Child Trust Funds do not seem to be performing that well & institutions are hardly likely to make them a priority now that they are a discontinued product.
A similar thing has been done before, as people were able to transfer PEP's into ISAs.
