This petition was rejected

Why was this petition rejected?

It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.

The Coronavirus Act 2020 already requires protest organisers to submit a Health and Safety Risk Assessment before permission for their protest can be given.

You could start a petition calling for the Coronavirus regulations to be tightened to prohibit groups of over 30 people from gathering for political purposes, if that is what you would like to happen.

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
