Thousands of discarded disposable face masks and plastic gloves are causing an environmental disaster. Their use in all public places should be banned immediately.
The practice of wearing disposable plastic gloves and face masks that are thrown as litter onto our streets is causing an environmental problem that we believe could ultimately do more damage than the Coronavirus pandemic.
