Closed Recognise and fully fund the RNLI as a National Emergency Service

The RNLI is funded by voluntary contributions, and their importance to our Country can not be over-estimated. Their sacrifice and selflessness is only too apparent, and their very existence should be recognised and funded just as the other Emergency services

Every day lives are saved by this indispensable organisation, and it is time for this Government to recognise the RNLI, and put them on a par with their contemporaries by funding them in an official manner.
