The Government should require universities to provide mandatory teaching of unconscious bias for students and staff, that elaborates on the wrongfulness and effects of intolerance and racism.

The Government holds significant voice and weight in how all institutions can and must conduct themselves, and should use this position to ensure intolerance and racism is prevented.
