Closed Make wearing high visibility clothing mandatory for all vulnerable road users

All cyclists, motorcyclists, horse riders and anyone who traverses the public road for whatever reason to have to wear high visibility clothing.

There are many avoidable deaths on the roads each year - horse and rider being particularly vulnerable.

There is the the additional consequence of the Coronavirus resulting in many more vulnerable road users (mainly cyclists) who are not wearing hi-visibility clothing.
