To remove the elected Police and Crime Commissioners position and revert to the previous professional police appointments before the next round of elections in 2021

I feel there has been the lack of effective policing in London, Bristol, London and other cities, as has been shown by recent events, and that the majority of the adult population wants to see changes to the oversight of policing in England.
