Petition HALT signs on ALL slip roads

There have been many accidents caused by motorists joining dual carriageways and motorways from slip roads without stopping for clearance in the traffic on the main highway.
It is high time that there were 'Halt' signs at every slip road that connects to a road that has fast moving traffic upon it. Every driver I witness seems to believe that it is their absolute 'right of way' to join a motorway or dual carriageway at speed, from a slip road, this is dangerous.
