Closed petition Reform surrogacy laws and support LGBT+ parents
Surrogacy laws date back all the way to the 1980s. Parents should be able to advertise a surrogate without the fear of prosecution from the law, why this is illegal is beyond me. A parental order should be issued immediately for the couple when the baby is born from the surrogate.
More details
LGBT+ parents especially are limited in what they can do to secure surrogacy easily and quickly.
