Closed petition Provide more aid to the people suffering in Yemen

Yemen is facing a massive humanitarian crisis as well as COVID-19, it’s absurd the UK, a much more developed, higher income country has done so little to help. I think the government should try and provide resources to Yemen, perhaps food, bottled water or medication for those facing starvation.

The government have the power necessary to carry out an action like this, while making sure it doesn’t severely affect the rest of the UK. No human being let alone children and babies should have to go through what the people of Yemen are facing. 1 child died every 10 minutes in Yemen, so many futures have been destroyed, and it’s none of these peoples fault. They deserve help!
