Rejected petition Legalise privately-owned electric scooters in the UK

I have seen a number of countries use electric scooters on their cycle paths and pavements, which modernise the way or travelling and getting around places. I don’t see why this should be illegal in the UK as they’re becoming more and more popular nowadays.
