Change what all vets charge for consultant fees make them a standard price across the board.
Also the secondary consulting fees to be half the price of the main fee

So every one knows what they have to pay no matter which vet practice they use.
A lot put price even higher when they know the animal is insured.
Also different prices for medication that I know is a lot cheaper online with a vet percription.
