Closed petition To make discrimination and micro-aggression training mandatory in the workplace

I want the Government to make a law that makes it mandatory to have discrimination training that especially highlights micro-aggressions, racism and sexism.

The reason why i want this to be done is because a lot of the places have a lot of racists/sexists and they are interacting with vulnerable people such as kids, elderly and just people. I believe everyone should be treated with a standard of respect and I feel like a lot of people do get away with discrimination.This training will change how people treat and think about each other. The Government needs to make this law because without it a lot of people in the workplace get mistreated.
