Every summer bored children with nothing better to do turn their attention to starting fires. While fire is a great way of teaching a child respect for their surroundings this should only be done under the supervision of a responsible adult

Children can't buy items like butane lighters, fireworks, knives, cigarettes or some Disney films, yet they can buy a disposable barbecue and a box of matches, where is the logic?
