Petition Include CPR in the PE National Curriculum

My 18 year old Son Mark drowned in a reservoir in Manchester on June 5th 2018. My family & I would like to see CPR taught as part of swimming lessons on water safety, so that more people know how to help someone else if they get into trouble in the water.
