Closed petition Calculate high income child benefit tax charge based on entire household income

The child benifit tax charge is fundamentally unfair and the tax system should be fair accross the board.

The charge should be based on a combinded household income, as one parent can earn 50000 and be chrage this tax but two parents can earn a combinded 99999.

More details

This is is not a fair way to tax people.

This needs to be looked at and make the charge down to a combined earning of households over 100k to make this a fair system across the country for all people.
