Closed Alcohol and drugs testing for all Members of Parliament.

I would like to see 6 monthly testing for all Members of Parliament for alcohol and drugs. This would be compulsory. Also there would be an element of random testing.

I would like to feel reassured that the people charged with running the UK are actually fit to do so.
