Closed Remove regulations on self-driving cars - UN/ECE R79 regulation

Full Self Driving cars are unable to operate in in the UK due to EU regulations.

This is because they must comply with the new UN/ECE R79 regulation on driver assistance systems, potentially reducing the safety of self-driving vehicles in the UK

Tesla vehicles driving with Autopilot engaged are up to 9 times less likely to be involved in an accident (2019) and this is increasing.

The UK removing UN/ECE R79 regulations should be rapidly implemented to increase the safety of Autonomous users here.
