Closed Ban disposable containers for fast food outlets

The public should be made to take their own takeaway containers in order to be able to buy takeaway food from fast food outlets in the same way that it has now become the norm to take your own takeaway mug to hot drink outlets.

Rubbish is returning to our countryside, beaches and towns. Paper bags, food containers,drinks bottles and hot drinks cups are being thrown out of car windows on to roads and verges or dropped in streets and car parks.
