Rejected petition Bulgaria to be added on the list of countries exempt from quarantine

I would like Parliament to reconsider their decision about Bulgaria being excluded from the list of countries that are exempt from quarantine on arrival to the UK.

Bulgaria has a total of 5,315 cases and it's not on the list but countries with 200 000 + cases are which i find very unfair. I personally think Bulgaria is safer country than for example Spain which is on the list but has a lot more cases therefore i don't see the reason behind people coming from Bulgaria having to self - isolate for 14 day but people coming from Spain, Italy etc. not.
