Of the small restaurants that are now trying to open, many are in a turnover bracket of £85,000 to £200,000. Given the current restrictions many are unable to serve as many customers as they used to. The increase in the threshold would increase small restaurants chances of survival.
Many small independent restaurants will really struggle to survive!
