Closed Back Date Stamp Duty Scheme. £500k SDLT threshold from when Pandemic started.

Give people the value back that they lost because of the Pandemic. Give them the opportunity to claim back the SDLT in line with new relief which enables purchasing house without SDLT under £500k.

House owners who bought their property during pandemic had a double whammy! First they paid SDLT and they lost significant value of their property. By enabling them to claim back SDLT they will at least cut their losses.
