Closed Create a national domestic abuse offender register

I would like to see the government create a national register of domestic abusers so that children and vulnerable people are better protected and informed about new partners / step-parents.

Two women are killed every week in the UK as a result of domestic violence. Countless are injured. Men can also be victims to a abusive partners too. Children are scarred psychologically when they are witness to such violence.

If we can prevent these occurrences, the savings and benefit to our society would be immeasurable.
