Closed Make recreational alcohol use illegal

There is clear scientific and medical evidence that alcohol is a harmful drug which can damage users mental and physical health.
As this is the case for illegal drugs, that are less harmful, its about time that this too was made illegal.

It is well known, widely supported by science, and many people in the UK would agree that alcohol is the most dangerous drug that we know of, yet some how this remains legal. Other drugs which are currently illegal have been proven to be far safer, yet they remain illegal. We have been told time after time that this is all based on scientific and medical research, however research shows is that alcohol is the most dangerous of all.
