Closed Make employers pay full sick pay for people with chronic illnesses

Make it mandatory for employers to pay employees with chronic illnesses. We all know that we do not choose to get “sick”, for people who suffer from chronic illnesses this happens more often than not.

We have to work to live, so why should we not be paid for something we didn’t ask for and cannot control. For employers to not offer sick for some chronic illness just isn’t fair. People shouldn’t have to force themselves to go into their work whilst dealing with the effects of their chronic illnesses for fear of losing out on pay they need to survive.
