Call for government to extend the original help to buy scheme.
Protect deposits already paid which could be lost if the house is not signed off by the BSA before the 31st December 2020.
Honour the homeowners who are already accepted on to the scheme.
Protect those that are over the new cap.

Home buyers that do not qualify for the new cap risk losing their already paid deposits or reserved plots.
Stop penalising the buyers with the same set of circumstances the government are using as excuses to not extend, protect or help.
