Rejected petition Belfast needs a dog park

Even though Belfast has so many great parks, I'm saddened by the fact there is not one you are allowed to take your dog off a leash. I think this would stop fouling in popular parks and create a great/social environment for dogs and their owners. If you have a dog and want to have a safe area for it to play please sign this Petition. We can make this happen!
