Petition To allow use of Emergency Lights on Vehicles used as Security and/or Response Vehicles.

Response Vehicles often arrive on scene before Emergency Vehicles, as it is their specific purpose to be in the area, however, with traffic on the increase on UK roads, we believe it is important that Response Vehicles in the Security Sector (Alarm Response and First Responder Vehicles) be given exemption to use colored lights when responding to calls and on scene at calls, and in accompanyment, be allowed the same exemptions as is afforded to current emergency vehicles (within reason), to allow other road user's the opportunity to grant them Safe and Swift passage, when responding to a call.
