Petition Fund public awareness campaigns on life-saving techniques

I have come to realise there are hardly any public awareness campaigns about how to save someone’s life e.g. how to do CPR, use an Epipen, how to do the Heimlich Manoeuvre. I would like the Government to fund public awareness campaigns, including TV adverts, to show people how to do these things.
