We believe that welfare payments to polygamous families put a disproportionate strain on the taxpayer, and should be reviewed.

Currently it is possible for polygamous families to claim certain benefits in respect of multiple wives, when they reside in the UK. We believe this is open to abuse and must be reviewed.
