Closed Require trials and full procurement process for all Covid-19 testing contracts

All tests for Covid-19 should undergo trial periods, and undergo a full, independent procurement process before they can be purchased under a Government contract.

Only the best and properly evaluated tests should be considered, yet there are concerns that contracts have been awarded to businesses without adequate checks or transparency. All test contracts should be awarded on merit through tenders, following trials.
