Pass a law making it an offence for cyclists not to use a cycle path when there is one available.

I have experienced tail backs of traffic held up trying to pass one or more cyclists safely on the road when there is a cycle path available.

I believe that the Government’s intention to create thousands of new cycle paths and encourage more people to cycle could make this issue worse.
