Closed Create new restrictions and offences for financial transparency in Parliament

The Government should make a legal requirement for:

1. MPs/Ministers declare all their & spousal financial interests in/out the UK to public record.
2. Ministers to declare all tenders to Parliament, and all MPs/Ministers to declare any financial/family association before contracts are awarded.

Failing to fulfil any of these requirements should be a criminal offence and result in removal from office.
