Rejected petition Luxury Yacht jobs for boats in the Eu for extended period for Eu citizens

I work on luxury yachts in the Mediterranean. Most of the people working in this industry are from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Many of these yachts remain in the EU for years. Currently the yacht i am employed by has been in the EU for 3 years. Non of the crew from outside the EU have the right to work in the EU. There are hundreds of jobs in this industry that should be jobs for EU citizens. It is high time these jobs were protected for EU citizens by a requirement for any yacht remaining in the EU for and extended period have only crew eligible to work inside the EU.
