Petition the right to facial hair treatment on nhs for trans women

I strongly feel that funding for laser/electrolisis treatment for facial hair removal for trans women on the NHS should be made available as part of the transition process.
It is still, in my opinion, wrongly classed as a cosmetic procedure and as such not an important part of the transitional process.
Trans women suffer daily intimidating and hurtfull abuse even physical attack.
Many transexual women face long time unemployment and lack the funds for private treatment.
Please help and make a real difference to UK trans women's lives...thankyou .
