I Propose to the people of the united kingdom the Queen and the British government that all members of the forces past and present ,that have been awarded military honors including ,
Elizabeth Cross,
Victoria Cross
George Cross
Conspicuous Gallantry Cross
Royal Red Cross, Class
Distinguished Service Cross
Military Cross
Distinguished Flying Cross
Air Force Cross
Royal Red Cross, Class II
The proposal is simple any individual that has received any of the above or any other Military honor of similar standing
Should qualify for Full exemption of taxes this would include.
PAYE
NI
VAT
Fuel Duty
Council Tax
Fuel Tax (utilities)
Car Tax
Insurance Tax
Tax on Savings & Investments
Airport Tax
TV license
I propose that when signing up for service or when going away on different duties or tours to serve great Britain an exception form is filled in to enable next of kin to claim
