to add an option C to donor register.

C: My Next of Kin to be asked regarding Organ Donation.

I would want my organs donated and My Wife knows my thoughts.
I however will NOT carry a Donor card and will opt out if it becomes mandatory.
I believe that on my Brain Death the decision passes to my wife as NoK who knows my opinions, NOT a Doctor,.
Though I have NO restrictions on organs taken from me, some might and this option would allow this to be taken into consideration.
Hopefully this option might lead to an increase of people on the donor register.
