What's more important ?
Snooping on people's communication or looking after people with Dementia?
If billions of pounds can be found for beaurocrats to snoop on our private communications, why can't we find the money to treat people with Dementia as though they are NHS patients ?

I propose that the government spend the money they would spend on internal surveillance on Dementia treatment instead.
