A number of shops are now opening the sell "legal" highs, equipment related to the mis-use of drugs, books on how to grow drugs, seeds for illegal drugs etc. These currently operate within the law and are able to display their products openly in shop windows. A law should be introduced requiring these shops to be subject to the same rules applying to licensed sex shops. i.e. Nothing on display in the windows, license to be approved by local authority (that should have the power to refuse such a licence), strict controls over admitance age (proof of ID required) with strict penalties for failure to comply.
