In light of the "mistake" caused by an overseas Junior "Technician" courtesy of the Royal Bank of Scotland's outsourcing scheme: Thousands of British people and business have suffered and have had their reputations damaged.

Please sign this ePetition, if like me you believe that it is time for the government to take action and legislate against companies who continue to see fit to send their technical and customer service work abroad.

Hundreds of thousands of educated and skilled British people are out of work and at a time of international austerity, I feel that it is time we started looking after our own.
