Petition CSA to be legally enforced to tell PWC of change of circumstances

Having had dealings with the CSA recently and not being notified of my ex husbands change of circumstances and the maintenance payments stopping. I feel that the CSA should have a legal right to inform the Parent With Care that their payments are stopping or changing in advance, as presently they are stopped with no communication and this causes distress especially when the parent with care is relying on this money for food and rent to support their child/children.
