To stop a love ones Will from being contested, when a loved one makes a will,who is of ( sound mind ) should it not be fair to carry out these wishes after they have died .Its hard enough to have to grieve for that person without having family coming out of the woodwork after every penny they can get and now to be told they have some right to the money/ estate makes me feel sick . these people haven't had any involvement in this person life for ten years..In his will he clearly states what if anything they should get .. He made a will paying good money for what he thought would happen to his estate.
