Petition Stop Junk mail being delivered without permission

We want to government to ban all unsolicited junk mail from being delivered without permission. It should be illegal to post unaddressed mail through someone's post box without them opting in to receiving that companies infomation. Also companies should be taxed to clear up junk mail, why should we the taxpayer pay, for their mess to be cleared up? 8.5 million trees were cut down for last years junk mail, 3,5 billion gallons of water were used! Please outlaw this process and save our environment
