Passport Renewals should be free for all UK Citizens.

Passport renewals should not just be free for people born before September 2 1929, how many 83 year olds need a new ten year passport?
£77.50 for a basic renewal may not seem a lot every ten years, but that does not take into account circumstances where a passport may need to be renewed before the ten years are up. For example: change of name, (including marriage) lost, stolen or defaced passports.

The UK people pay enough in fuel tax, airport tax, road tax and every other tax there is.
