HGV's and vehicles over 7.5 tonnes cause congestion and other problems for regluar road users as they cannot get to speeds cars and bikes can. They should be restricted to lane 1 (for 3 laned motorway) and to 1 & 2 for a 4 laned motorway. They need to stop being lazy and change down a gear and stay in lane instead of causing congestion.
