Petition scrap all buses over 15 years old

I am creating an e-petition calling for a 15 year maximum age limit for all PCV certified buses & coaches to commence in 2017. This would help support both the manufacturing industry and reduce scrap prices for end of life vehicles.

This would also take down unscrupulous operators who cannot afford to buy new vehicles.

Heritage bus operations such as Routemasters in London tourist service would be exempt.
